Hi, All,

Thanks for your replies....
There are lots of products available in the market which reside in the
service provider's network,
some of them use FCP for creating pinholes in the firewall. How secure it is
to use FCP to talk to a firewall residing in a customer's private network.
What is the general convention , Is there any other protocol which is in
common use?
Most of these products claim that they dont need modifications to existing
firewalls, in that case how is it it possible for the product to communicate
with a firewall (open/close pinholes ) ?

Would appreciate your response.....

Best Regards'
Rahul
