Concerning draft-ietf-sipping-mwi-01, is the message-summary definition all case-insensitive unless explicitly told otherwise within a given definition?
Since opt-msg-headers includes extension-header within its definition, does this mean that the line folding rules mentioned within rfc 3261 section 25.1 shall apply to some, all, or none of message-summary?
