In rfc 2833 ,DTMF event use the same port as audio.
the SDP will like this:

m=audio 49170 RTP/AVP 0 101 //101 is the payload type for DTMF
enent.
a=rtpmap:0 PCMU/8000
a=fmtp:101 0-15 // we only support 0-15 event.
Can the remote side read that the other side supports RFC 2833?
