RFC says that Contact header field is not applicable for the BYE request.

For more confusion a session between two Helmsman User Agents is
*correctly* terminated with the following request:

BYE sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:5061 SIP/2.0
Call-ID: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Content-Type: application/sdp
To: sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:5061;tag=142162280
From: sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:5061;tag=1709801450
CSeq: 1 BYE
Content-Length: 0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.0.34:5061;branch=C0A8002213C5000000F39F5FB755-0*0
