I would certainly not recommend any of these in all cases - they don't work
with things like TLS but ....

There was an open source one for Linux a long time ago.

Both Cisco IOS and PIX products have sip support.

I think there were a handful of companies making ALG for SIP. There are
other ways to traverse SIP across NAT and FW. Several companies have B2BUA
products that do this too.
