One question about
the handling of an incoming CANCEL originating at a 2543-compliant client and
terminating at a 3261-compliant client:
2543 has no concept
of 487. 3261 says we need to send a 487 if the INVITE was actually CANCEL-ed.
So, is it OK to send a 487 regardless of the originator of the CANCEL (e.g. a
2543 client)? Will it cause breakage of any kind?
