Recently I have installed a Cisco SIP Proxy server. But stuck up with the Name to Phone number mapping issue. Tried all possibilites with Caller ID variable in SIPDefault.cnf, but none solving my purpose. Here is what I am looking for.
Example:
I have one extension 1234 for ABC and one more extension 9876 for XYZ. At any point of time if ABC calls up 9876, the display for XYZ should show as ABC rather than the extension number and vise versa
Quick help is appreciated.
