You will have to be quick – not really
recommended as you generate race conditions between the final response to the
INVITE and the CANCEL – as re-INVITE’s
are more likely to be answered immediately.

Is anybody know if it is possible to CANCEL a
re-INVITE request:

UAC re-INVITEs the UAS but decides to cancel this session modification before
200 OK receiving.
Is it a proper way to send a CANCEL request related to re-INVITE to cancel it.

to CANCEL an initial call invitation (INVITE transaction).
Keeping note of "All transactions
complete independently".
