Hello all:
I am trying to understand the possibility to design a generic
SIP Dialog State Machine (Transaction user) for VoIP, which may have to
support SIP extensions like SUBSCRIBE, REFER etc. In future I may have
to plug-in a new SIP stack to this Transaction User (with "minimum"
changes).During my googling, I come across the following draft

I need your expert suggestions regarding my requirement and the
draft.
