The Media Parser must be intelligent enough to parse multiple frames in an RTP Payload. For example in G.723 first byte last two bits will be giving Frame status and the Media Parser should make use of this information to parse a multi-frame G.723 Payload. In case of G.729 the packetization has restrictions and explained in RFC 3551(RTP Profile for Audio and Video Conferences ....) clearly.
Refer Secion 4.5.6 "A G729 RTP packet may consist of zero or more G.729 or G.729 Annex A frames, followed by zero or one G.729 Annex B frames. The presenceof a comfort noise frame can be deduced from the length of the RTP payload.
