Greetings,
A UA registers a Contact address. The Contact address hostname portion could be an FQDN or IP address.
When handling an incoming INVITE, should a UA accept a request URI whose hostname portion is (the associated) FQDN when it registered using an IP address (or vice versa)?
In other words, should matching a request URI to registered Contact addresses be considered a string match (must be the same form) or a
logical entity match (could be either form)?
