Hi all, can please anyone confirm my view or tell me that I am wrong in the following position:
A session initiator after sending an INVITE with an offer has to listen to the RTP stream and perhaps generate a local ringing tone, when he receives a 180 ringing response. It is wrong for the session initiator to decide on listening to the RTP stream on the fact that an 18x response contains SDP or not. What do you think?
