Folks, I think this draft is a very good start in capturing the requirements.
On implementation thread, What do you folks think about defining a Media Event package where by senders and receivers could advertise the events they support/require. And then for instance - a sender could subscribe to FastUpdateEvents from a set of receivers - and act appropriately when a fastupdateevent is received. Similarly sender could define a freezepicture event which receivers could subscribe to.
