hi all,
           1)while sending REFER request, refer-to header  is specified with
no  "method" parameter 
                    Refer-To: sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
<mailto:sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> m 
By which method the UA ,which receive the REFER, has to contact refer-uri.
 
2)while sending REFER request,refer-to header is specified with "method"
parameter as SUBSCRIBE.
    UA  which receive the REFER doesn't support SUBSCRIBE method. whether UA
has to send 4xx response or to contact the refer-uri with INVITE method.
