        Yes it is possible. It would be negotiated by SIP like any other 
media connection, I guess a phone call may be considered 'normal' but if 
you stay on Implementors long enough you will soon discover 'normal' 
covers alot of territory.

        Without knowing specifics I am thinking it would be setup like a 
conference - with people joining and leaving the broadcast at will. 
Paramaters in the SDP that translate to conferences may be applicable in 
your implementation as well with start and stop times (in the SDP)etc. If 
your network can support it for a 'Broadcast' service you may want to look 
at multicast at the IP layer for the media (not for signalling).

        Without suggesting to read everything under SIP, MMUSIC, AVT 
etc... someone else might have something more specific for you.
