Hello I have a query on Contact header in REGISTER request and its 200 OK response. What would be behaviour of a Registrar in the following scenario: " UA sends a new REGISTER request without any Contact header" In this case, no address bindings are available with the Registrar Does the Registrar reject the request with an error response
OR It sends a 200 OK without any Contacts, to indicate that no Contacts are available. Please let me know the expected behaviour.
