We cannot always assume that hold will be returned with 200 response if in case
hold is responded with 4xx then you might need to terminate the call with B as
the hardware device would have been allocated for call with C so it's better to wait for response
for hold (as per RFC answer for Reinvite should take less time) and then answer the new call .

I think as soon as I send Hold on invite , I can assume that call is put on Hold and i can do furhter processing based on this assumption ? Am i right ?
