Hi Mahesh, One other possibility could be entity B is somehow not receiving the ACK and hence retransmitting the 200 OKs (perhaps msg is dropped or msg parse failure or ...)

I doubt that there may be something missing in ACK because of which the UA is not accepting the ACK and hence sending the 200 OK. But i am not sure on that.
