I use the entire "o" line of previous INVITE and compare( string comparison)
with the new INVITE's "o" line from SDP. If they are identical then it's
Session Timer re-INVITE. If they are different then it could be for call
hold or call retrieve or media modification of that call.

Per RFC2327 section 6, the whole origin field ("o=") of the SDP is used to
form the globally unique identifier.  For an SDP change to be noticed, some
portion of the origin line must also changed.
