Hi,

The behavior is correct.
The purpose is to establish a one way voice path. One reason the path is
through from B to A is so that B can play any hold music etc to be heard
by the caller at A. By sending 0.0.0.0 to A, B ensures that no media is
sent by A to B.
Most of the phones actually disconnect the mouthpiece/microphone
internally and connect only 'on hold music ckt' to prevent any other
sound from user/surroundings at B to reach A.
