Releasing the call does not ensure that the associated subscriptions
will go away, right. Even if the INVITE originated dialog is ended
with a BYE, the subscription will persist. How could we end this
Subscription, when the call goes away. Would it help if the referring
agent sends a SUBSCRIBE message with a Expires timer set to 0 ?.

txt.  Thus the "subscriber" can wait around however long it desires.  If the
call has been released and no NOTIFY has been received within a minute, I
doubt that a NOTIFY is going to arrive.
