HI This Scenario is valid especially for Dynamic Payload Type.
Lets Say
UA-A support Dynamic Payload 101 - Telephone-Event Clk Rate-8000(Offer)
UA-B support Dynamic Payload 96 - Telephone-Event Clk Rate-8000(Answer)

Now here the attribute match.
Hence after successful matching UA-A should send telephone-event on
Codec No 96(from Answer) which UA-B understand , and vice versa

I hope this helps
