I believe this is an obivous one, but wanted to
confirm with the minds.
Call Scenario:
PSTN--->PSTN Gateway--->SIP-->B2BUA---->User Agent
Question is in regards to the dialog between the B2BUA
and the UA. should the following be treated as an
illegal Provisional Response?

My understanding tells me so, but if that's correct
then how should the B2BUA respond to this Response?
via a 6xx, 4xx or other class message?
