UPDATE can basically be used to "update" everything a re-INVITE can "update". This includes SDP changes which comply with RFC3264.
Not "everything". The UPDATE can't change the Contact address for the sip dialog.

If you think otherwise, please direct me towards statements within RFC3264, other rfc, or Bugzilla number indicating that the c= line cannot be "updated".
