In RFC 3261 Sec 17.1.2.1 explained that Non-INVITE transactions do not
make use of ACK. They are
simple request-response interactions.

Does the UAC need to send ACK for 401/407 response code for any
non-INVITE request
message (for example, BYE, REFER, SUBSCRIBE,....)?
