It's a closed source UA tool-kit! Duh! The API docs talk about "Regular Transactions" and "Overlap Transactions". Here's a quote from vol-1 of the API docs: In the case of overlap transactions like reliable provisional responses, Regular Transactions, PRACK, UPDATE and their responses, the SIP message is not placed in the UAC Transaction substructure but is placed in the corresponding OverlapTransInfo substructure of the call object.
