Hi,

There is no standards for it.

when you talk about multiple application in UA there should
a framework developed on top, which will handle the situation of
the mult-apllication senarios. This frame work will help in resolving
the issues with multiple application. All the applications must be
registered with the framework for this purpose. When any request
comes framework will trigger the corresponding application.
