Hi Pramod, I don't think Macromedia Flash Client supposrts SIP.( SIP is used to establish a sessions) So I don't think you can redirect audio that is played on flash to SIP phone. Before trying out anything first check it how you can communicate with SIP phone through Macromedia Flash Client.
