The payload type is 19, which I believe was the old value for the same
thing.  My client accepts both payload types.

Actually no.  Neither 13 or 19 appears and any of the SDP.  The INVITE
is initiated by my client to the Cisco box (as the trace shows) and then
the Cisco box does a re-INVITE that changes the port number on the Cisco
side.  In the four messages in which SDP appears, no mention of 13 or 19
is there.

The behavior my client is displaying currently is a choppiness on the
playback of the inbound stream, working on it...
