   it is ok but message may receive from different vendors. so it is not 
possible to restrict everyone.

I guess you could try to be nice and treat it
as if it is supported but that might cause other
problems.

The best thing to do is contact the vendor or
implementor of the thing that sent you such a request
and ask them to correct it.
