According to RFC 3310 paragraph 2 it states that "Using the shared secret K and 
the sequence number SQN, the client verifies the AUTN with the ISIM."
According to TS 33.102 : AUTN := SQN Å AK || AMF || MAC.   
SQN is saved in the ISIM and the AK is calculated from K (saved in the ISIM) 
and RAND (from the nonce header). Where does the client get the AMF value in 
order to calculate the MAC and the AUTN for server authentication?
