Shweta, If we go by 3261, then "any new request can receive a 3xx respose". Here new request should classify as dialog creating request. Logically also it does not makes sense to have a 3xx response to a RE-INVITE since 3xx is a call-redirect & not call forward. ( By the way I m also in flextronics) Cheers
