We are considering implementing the following features in our PBX and
would like to coordinate with other PBX and phone vendors to ensure
interoperability. Would anybody who is implementing or using these
features please write me privately?

* Bridged Line Appearances (or Shared Call Status)

A single "extension" appears on multiple user agents. All user agents
show the status of all incoming and outgoing calls on that extension
regardless of the user agent terminating the call. User agents can
place calls on hold, which can be retrieved from hold by other user
agents.

* Paging

A single outgoing audio channel is multicast to a group of user agents,
which render it through their speakers.

* Intercom

A call connects to a user agent, which goes into speakerphone operation
without intervention by the user. (There are some privacy
considerations here.)

* Presence Status (or Busy Lamp Field)

A user agent reports whether it is in use or not. (This can be in
regard to a particular "extension" or overall.)
