If you *really* want to know when a UA has rebooted I guess you need to
transport that information explicitly. Do you *really* want to know that?
Yes I understand the level of conformity. We are hoping to get an
agreement
with the UA developers to comply to this functionality and use it to

know that UA has rebooted. And yes, for our application we need to
know if a UA
has rebooted. Is there any other way defined in the standard which will
indicate this information explicitly?
"rebooted" is such an imprecise term. I find it hard to understand why
the registrar would care about this.
I am guessing you want to know if the UA has forgotten some state, and
you think the lifetime of that state is consistent with reboot cycles.
If there is UA state that you must track the status of, then why don't
you share what you are up to? Maybe there is some better way to achieve
the same end.
