If the offer( sendrecv ) had the payload type "A" and the answer had the payload type "B" ( sendrecv ) for the same media format( same codec) then the actual rtp flow should be payload type A for that codec to offerer and Paylod type B to the answerer. so different paylod types in send and recieve directions. The offerer should be able to accept a different payload type and send it out to the answerer and vice versa for answerer too right?
