The other one that you can find has expired in Aug 2003 draft-ietf-sipping-realtimefax-01.txt, however, the draft still seems to hold good.

I'm trying to develop a fax machine SIP/t38 based. Is there any draft (not
expired) or RFCs describing call flows and implementation issues related to
how SIP and T38 can be integrated for fax transmission?
At the moment I have found the following draft

But is there anything more recent?
