I agree unless the device is intentionally simulating a forking proxy interaction. As more devices require adherence to the SDP offer-answer rules of RFC3261 and RFC3264 concerning early dialogs, more devices will simulate a forking proxy interaction to remain compliant to the offer-answer rules when UPDATE not supported or cannot be used. > The UAC can only assume that they are separate dialogs.
