The original dialog identifier is IMS specific, and is intentionally 
vague. It is left up to the implementation to decide how to represent 
it. It is something inserted into the URL in the Route header - perhaps 
in the user part or as a URL parameter.

This is really not a question for ietf. It is very specific to the way 
that IMS uses SIP.
