It might be theoretically possible. The current terminology would be "to create an INVITE dialog usage within a dialog that was created by a SUBSCRIBE". But I expect few or no UAs would handle it successfully. Generaly, INVITEs can only be used to create dialogs or to modify the media session within an INVITE-created dialog.
