According to rfc 2543 tags are not to be used for sending requests. Is
it possible to send SUBSCRIBE request without from tag ??
[RK] By RFC 2543 standards it is very well possible to start a dialog with a request that does not have From tag. However some servers might respond to this request with a 421 respnose.
In case a SUBSCRIBE request is received to refresh the subscription with
both the to and from tag present and the subscription has already
terminated what would be the correct response? Is 481 the correct
response in this case?
[RK] I think 481 is appropriate response in that case. This is a normal condition if SUBSCRIBE refresh is received when NOTIFY (with state as 'Terminated') transaction is already over.
