Well the problems that I see:

- How do you specify a group? If all phones in the local area network
start talking that is probably not the right way to do it
- How do you send ACK? Also by multicast? 
- How do you send BYE? 
- How do you deal with packet loss?
- What about Record-Route problems?

Thats what just comes to my mind. I think it is much easier to keep the
signalling non-multicast and set the session up after the phone starts.
