hmm..let me be more clear here, what I mean is
In General when the Invite request is terminated before the subscribtion is 
expired, the subscribtion is also terminated by sending a Notify message with 
subscribtion-state set to terminate
example: DTMF packages
we dont need the package to be subscribed after the call is terminated.

I think this is completely a implementation issue which can also be possible.

There can be cases where even after terminating the call with bye, stil have 
the subscription active
