An ACK isn't really a request, in the sense that you don't send a response
when you receive it. Thus, when you receive an ACK that doesn't match an
INVITE (of course it CAN'T match a transaction since it uses a new, unique,
branch-id in its Via), all you can do is drop the message. Of course you can
log the dropped message, but that's not a protocol issue.
