I feel all of the people have the same voice. But the basic functionality is been missed by some people.
The contact address in INVITE and 200OK form the remote target address, which would be used by UAC/UAS to send subsequent requests within the dialog. In fact that is the reason why contact address is mandatory in INVITE and 200-INV messages... So if a session is established with one of the contacts, which is true in your example, other contacts are unaware of this. If BYE times out after several retries, it effectively means that the contact is not reachable.
