Hi Ravi,

If the subscriber wants its status then send the
information regarding the balance left and others if
any one.

In other case if a call is going on, in the end of
call we need to send the balance information.

For the first one I had used SUBSCRIBE and NOTIFY
message. Just like request and response.

For second casse, NOTIFY message is used as an event
for the particular UAC/UAS.
