Hi Dave

      The rfc 3261 does not says any where about the case for branch
parameter. Hence it is upto the implementation specific.
but most of the implementors uses case-sensitive. Please not that branch
should start with "z9hG4bK" string it is a litrel value has both
uper and lower case.

via-branch        =  "branch" EQUAL token.
