If user name is missing how can registrar server identify user? AFIK, user name must be there in To header for REGISTER request. Some implementation , don't care if user name is missed in contact header. And that makes sense to accept contact header withot user name, because any server or peer UA just need to know current contact address of the user. Regards Mahipati Deshpande
