I think it would be more like:
        To      : [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        From    : [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        Contact : [EMAIL PROTECTED]'s IP address

So, [EMAIL PROTECTED] is trying to register [EMAIL PROTECTED]

IP1 is usually the IP address of the registrar
or a domain name.
