all users are supposed to register at the B2BUA.
now A calling B.
and B is registered, but A isn't
so wot happens at the B2BUA, when A tries to call B?
duz the B2BUA send a Forbidden, or it registers A and then fwds the call
to B??
if B2BUA registers A, wot is the expiry time, n other details??

thanx in advance.
