I think it can change it's port number while retriving the call.
I saw Cisco 7960 to do that.

Subject: [Sip-implementors] Call Hold And Changing Port Number

Hi,

When a call hold is initiated with sendonly, can the port change when
the media stream resumes with sendrcv? I believe the original port
number assigned will not change due to using it as a base for sending
RTCP reports, but I am unsure.

Hopefully, this makes sense. I was looking at rfc3264 and there does not
seem to be a clear indication of this.

Thanks,

Steve
